Week #20....and also Week #19 (Let the season of Argentine holidays on Mondays begin!)
Hola!
Yeah things got a bit complicated this week for writing
because of Argentine holidays and the church`s email service not working, but
here I am writing about my adventures on a Friday morning.
This week had one of the best lessons that I have ever had with the the Reyes Family. They are a part member family with 2 kids that still
need to get baptized. We talked with them about how they are a family who is
very close to receiving all of the blessings that God has for them. It was
good. You´ll have to take my word for it.
Happy Thanksgiving. I didn't even find out that it was
thanksgiving yesterday until like 9:30pm when the hermanas in our district
called and said Happy Thanksgiving. The culture here is different. On Sunday
though, I ate a very Argentine dish called Pastel de Papa, which means mashed
potato meatloaf. It was super good and super American, so I kind of had a Thanksgiving dinner.
The heat is getting crazy here. I am sweating super hard now.
Remember while it keeps getting colder there, it's getting way warmer for me.
Thanks for reading all of my messages. I forgot the book
that I write the stuff that happened throughout the week this week, so I had to
do everything by memory. I probably forgot some stuff.

As always, thanks for reading the (almost) weekly letters from Collin. As we go into this holiday season, please be sure to #LightTheWorld
